WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SOFTWARE ENGINEERING INTERN!

During this one-month internship, you will have the opportunity to work on a real project, develop tangible outcome and experience what it is like to be part of a software engineering team.
What will you work on?
During the internship, you will work on a hands-on software engineering project, applying your programming knowledge to a real-world use case. You will collaborate with other interns, learn from mentors, and gain practical experience throughout the development process.
This is not just about writing code, it is an opportunity to learn, experiment, ask questions, solve problems and experience teamwork in a real-world development environment.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for talented, curious and motivated students who are genuinely interested in programming and eager to learn.
You don't need to know everything already. What matters most to us is your strong programming foundation, curiosity, problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
Required
- Students in their 4th year of Bachelor's studies or Master's studies at ETF - School of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade
- Knowledge of at least one programming language, preferably Java or C# for backend, or React for frontend
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases
- Familiarity with Git
- Strong interest in software engineering and problem solving
It would be a plus if you have:
- Experience with Spring / Spring Boot
- Experience with Hibernate / JPA or another ORM
- Experience working on personal, university or team projects
- Previous experience working in a team-based development environment
- Interest in UI/UX or building interactive applications

The hiring process
The selection process consists of an HR interview, where we’ll get to know you and learn more about your previous projects, programming experience, technical knowledge and areas of interest.
No coding test - just come ready to tell us about yourself, what you’ve built, what you enjoy learning, and why you’re interested in the internship. We’ll give preference to candidates who have worked on personal or side projects, so feel free to share a link to your GitHub or any other projects you’d like us to see.
