Candidates on the ranking list can enroll in self-financing status.

Candidates will be registered on Tuesday, October 26 and Wednesday, October 27, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Student Department, counter 4.

To enroll you need:

  • index (obtained on enrollment)
  • completed application form - form ŠV-20 (obtained upon enrollment)
  • two 3.5 x 4.5 cm photographs
  •  Receipt of payment of compensation for the University in the amount of 1,600 dinars to the bank account of the School of Electrical Engineering number 840-1438666-48, model 97, reference number 80200, purpose of payment "for the University"
  • certified photocopy of the birth certificate for those born outside the Republic of Serbia
  • certified photocopy of graduation certificate or diploma - original for inspection
  • certified photocopy of the certificate of passed exams or diploma supplement - original for inspection
  • statement on the authorization to use student data (obtained upon enrollment)
  • foreign citizens are obliged to enclose a certificate of health insurance and a certificate of knowledge of the Serbian language

Candidates who have completed their undergraduate studies abroad, not counting the Republika Srpska, must submit a decision on the recognition of a foreign higher education document for the appropriate previous levels of study by the University of Belgrade. If the procedure for the recognition of a foreign higher education document by the University of Belgrade is ongoing, they must submit proof of this during enrollment. The decision on recognition must be submitted to the Student Department immediately upon receipt by the University, and the index will be retained until the decision is submitted.

The tuition fee for self-financing students is 147,000.00 dinars and can be paid in four equal installments. The first installment in the amount of 36,750 dinars is paid upon registration. Payment of tuition is made to the bank account of the School of Electrical Engineering number 840-1438666-48, model 97, reference number 80200, purpose of payment: tuition - first installment.

Tuition fees for students with additional exams will be calculated based on the number of ECTS for additional exams (1,800 dinars per point).

After enrollment, students are required to open a student account with a new index in order to access the services. It is obligatory to fill in the electronic ŠV-20 form.

* Students must register courses according to the rules of the enrolled module. As a rule, unless otherwise prescribed, at least 3 subjects must be from the A group of subjects of the enrolled module . The remaining 2 subjects can be subjects of group A or B of the enrolled module, or subjects of another module . One subject from group B can be replaced with two subjects from the group of general education subjects. After the application of the course, the consent for the selection of the course is given by the Head of the module.

Notice of the second enrollment period for the master of academic studies in the school year 2021/22. years

After completing the enrollment in the first enrollment period for the first year of master's academic studies, in the study program Electrical Engineering and Computing, there are 34 vacancies left for enrollment of students in the status of self-financing.

The places for financing from the budget have been filled.

According to the competition of the University of Belgrade, the application for the competition in the second enrollment period for master's academic studies is on October 20 and 21, 2021, in the Student Department, at the counter for master studies.

Candidates who have completed their undergraduate studies at the School of Electrical Engineering of the University of Belgrade submit only a completed Application Form and a receipt of payment of the fee for applying to the competition. Other documents (certified photocopies are submitted upon registration).

After today's enrollment of students according to the ranking list for enrollment in master's academic studies that are financed from the budget, two candidates remained unenrolled. The roll call for those two places will be done, as planned, tomorrow, Thursday, October 14th. at 10 am in front of Hall 60. We ask candidates who are below the rank of 364 to attend the roll call and eventually exercise the right to enroll at the expense of the budget.

Based on the competition and the approved number of students for enrollment, 350 candidates on the ranking list gained the right to enroll at the expense of the budget, the current line is on the rank of 364. Other candidates on the ranking list can enroll in self-financing status.

According to the competition of the University of Belgrade, foreign citizens enroll in the status of self-financing students. Foreign citizens are candidates who do not have the citizenship of the Republic of Serbia, except for citizens of the Republic of Srpska who enroll under the same conditions as citizens of the Republic of Serbia. Foreign citizens pay a tuition fee for foreign students of 2,500 euros in dinars. Tuition can be paid in four installments, and the first installment is paid upon enrollment.

The enrollment of candidates who have acquired the right to be financed from the budget will be done on Tuesday, October 12, and on Wednesday, October 13, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. 

On Thursday, October 14, at 10 am, in Hall 60, a roll call will be held for any remaining vacancies for financing from the budget. Candidates who are below the rank of 364, and who may be enrolled at the expense of the budget, must be present at 10 am at the roll call. Immediately after the roll call, the enrollment of named candidates who are enrolled at the expense of the budget will continue.

On Thursday, 14.10. from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., we will continue to enroll candidates in self-financing status. Candidates who have already been enrolled in the master's studies at the School of Electrical Engineering, along with the enrollment documents, also submit an application for recognition of passed exams.

For the remaining vacancies after the end of the first enrollment period, a new competition will be announced, about which a new notice will be highlighted.

Decisions on objections will be posted on the website of the School on the same day, October 8, 2021. year, after resolving the objections by the Commission for Second Degree Studies.

Candidates whose objections to the preliminary ranking list are not accepted have the right to a second-degree appeal to the Dean of the School, which is submitted in writing to the Student Department, on Monday, October 11, 2021. year, from 9 to 10 o'clock. Decisions on appeals to the Dean will be announced on the same day, October 11, 2021. years until 12 o'clock.

NOTICE OF ENROLLMENT IN THE MASTER OF ACADEMIC STUDIES IN SCHOOL YEAR 2021/22. YEARS FOR THE STUDY PROGRAM OF ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING AND COMPUTING

School of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade in the school year 2021/2022. enrolls 500 students, 350 budget and 150 self-financing students. In the first year of the master's academic studies, study program Electrical Engineering and Computing, enrollment is in the following elective areas ( modules ):

  • Audio and video technologies
  • Biomedical and environmental engineering
  • Power systems
  • Electronics and digital systems
  • Energetic efficiency
  • Information and communication technologies
  • Microwave technology
  • Nanoelectronics and photonics
  • Applied mathematics
  • Computer technology and informatics
  • Signals and systems
  • Software engineering

    General conditions of the competition

In the first year of master's academic studies, in the amount of 60 ECTS, you can enroll:

  • A person who has completed appropriate undergraduate academic studies lasting at least eight semesters at the School of Electrical Engineering or another related School, achieving 240 ECTS;
  •  A person who has acquired higher education for at least eight semesters according to the regulations in force until the day of entry into force of the Law on Higher Education ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 76/05, 100/07 - authentic interpretation, 97/08, 44/10, 93/12, 89/13, 99/14, 45/15 - authentic interpretation, 68/15 and 87/16)
  • A person who has completed integrated studies, ie master's academic studies, and achieved at least 300 ECTS credits

Candidates also have the right to apply for the competition - students who have not yet graduated at the time of the competition, with the proviso that they must complete their undergraduate studies by September 30, 2021. years.

In the first competition deadline, students who have lost the status of a student, ie who on October 1, 2021, will lose the status of a student of master's academic studies at the School of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade, are also competing.

Candidates who completed their previous degree before the 2020/21 school year. During the application, they also submit a signed statement that the master's academic studies in budget status were not enrolled. Students who apply for enrollment in master's academic studies cannot be financed from the budget if they have already used that right in previously enrolled master's studies.

The programs of master's academic studies are adapted to students who have completed basic academic studies in the field of electrical and computer engineering, in the appropriate study programs and modules at the School of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade. For candidates who do not have the appropriate pre-preparation, additional exams in the subject of basic academic studies may be prescribed, depending on the program of their basic studies.

After completing the master's academic studies at the School of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade, he acquires the academic title of master engineer of electrical engineering and computer science.

The order of candidates for enrollment in master's academic studies is determined according to the ranking list based on the  Rulebook on master's academic studies .

II    Study program Electrical Engineering and Computing

Within the master's academic studies, subjects bearing a total of 30 ECTS are taken. The remaining 30 ECTS relate to professional practice (3 ECTS), study research paper (14) and master's thesis (13 ECTS). Unless otherwise specified by the rules of the module, subjects have 5 hours per week and carry 6 ECTS credits.

Within each module, a list of subjects is given, of which the student enrolled in that module must choose at least three, unless otherwise specified by the rules of the module.

Unless otherwise specified by the rules of the module, the remaining two subjects may be selected from the list of the same or any other module with the consent of the head of the module. In this case, if the head of the module approves it, one of those two subjects can be replaced with two subjects from the group of  General Education subjects   that carry 3 ECTS.

The offer of elective courses by modules is updated every school year in order to monitor developments in the profession. The School reserves the right to make a decision at the beginning of each semester for which subjects classes will be organized, based on the interests of the candidates and the available resources.

The administrative procedure related to the application, preparation and defense of a master's thesis is defined by the Rulebook on Master's Academic Studies.

III  Enrollment of candidates who have completed previous education abroad

Citizens of the Republic of Serbia and foreign citizens who have completed previous education or part of education abroad may enroll in a study program if they are recognized acquired foreign higher education document in accordance with the law and a special general act of the University. If the procedure is not completed, these candidates submit a certificate with the application stating that the procedure is ongoing. The recognition process is done at the University of Belgrade and must be completed before enrolling in master's studies.

IV  Registration of foreign nationals

A foreign citizen may enroll in a study program under the same conditions as a domestic citizen, except that he / she pays tuition fees, or unless otherwise determined by an international agreement.

When enrolling, the candidate foreign citizen is obliged to submit evidence that he / she has health insurance for the school year he / she is enrolling.

The amount of tuition for self-financing students of master's academic studies is  147,000.00  dinars.

The amount of tuition for foreign citizens, students of master's academic studies is  2,500.00  euros (paid in dinars)

Tuition can be paid in four equal installments.

VI    Competition deadlines

Applications for the competition in the first competition period for enrollment of students in master's academic studies are accepted  from September 20 to October 1, 2021 until 1 p.m.

VII      Application for the competition

1. Candidates who have completed (or are completing) basic studies at the School of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade apply for the competition electronically, by sending documents to the e-mail address:

Application documents for candidates applying electronically (candidates who have completed or are completing undergraduate studies at the School of Electrical Engineering):

  • scanned birth certificate for candidates who are not citizens of the Republic of Serbia

2. Other candidates (candidates who have not completed or are studying undergraduate studies at the School of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade) submit their personal application and documents at the time of application, from 11 am to 1 pm in the Student Department, counter 4.

Remarks on the published list of registered candidates can be submitted in person on Monday, October 4, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., in the Student Department, counter for master studies. The final list of registered candidates in the first enrollment period will be published on the same day in the afternoon. Only candidates who graduated by September 30, 2021 can be on the final list of registered candidates, which is submitted to the University .

VIII  Conditions for enrollment in certain modules of master's academic studies at the School of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade

When choosing individual modules, candidates may have direct access, without taking additional exams, they may be prescribed additional exams, or their application for enrollment may be rejected. A student who enrolls with additional exams after passing all additional exams can take the exams of the master's program.

1. Candidates who have not completed basic academic studies at the School of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade

Candidates who have completed their basic academic studies at another School do not have direct access to the master's academic studies at the School of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade. The study program of each candidate is analyzed separately and the candidates may be prescribed additional exams, or their application for enrollment may be rejected.

2. Candidates who have completed basic academic studies at the School of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade have access to certain modules according to the conditions given on the website of the School, https://www.etf.bg.ac.rs/sr/studiranje/master-akademske- studies
