Internships

In the area of Embedded Software and Hardware Design

 

We are starting with various programs for students in the final years of B.Sc. and M.Sc. studies. You will be trained and supervised by our experienced engineers, working on exciting projects, cutting-edge of today’s Embedded Software and Hardware design.

 

The following programs, subject to the student’s current status and common agreement, are available: 

Full-time (40h weekly) internships at our facilities; scholarships provided; duration 6 months. 

Part-time (20h weekly) internships at our facilities; scholarships provided; duration 2-3 months.

 

Selected candidates will participate in the design of an autonomous model car prototype. The prototype has an on-board eLinux controlling the servo motor drivers, communication over Wifi and the front-end user interface shall be written in Java.

 

After the successful completion of the internship, work results can be used for the writing of the B.Sc. or M.Sc. thesis, subject to approval by the supervising professor at the University and NovelIC.  Moreover, satisfying results of the full-time internship will increase the chances of a full-time position offering within the NovelIC Design Centre in Belgrade to the graduated intern.

 

Your profile: 

Final year of BSc or Master degree student in Electronics.

A hard-working student with good grades (GPA above 8.5).

A positive, motivated person and a team player. 

Strong theoretical background in analog and digital electronics.

Embedded Linux, RTOS and motor control will be considered an advantage 

Solid knowledge of English. Intermediate level as minimum.

The deadline for applications: 01. April 2017. The interviews with the selected candidates will be held in April 2017, after which the final selection is to be made. The starting point of the program is to be individually defined for each selected intern.
