The goal Introducing with basic semiconductors components and with basic circuits in which they are implemented. Introducing with principles and analysis of the operation of simple analog and digital electronic circuits.
The outcome Training for understanding principles of the operation and analysis of analog and digital electronic circuits and designing of simple analog and digital electronic circuits.
Contents
Contents of lectures Basic semiconductors components (diode,bipolar transistor,thyristor, MOSFET),basic amp.,switching performances of bipolar transistor and MOSFET,current sources,active load,differential amp.,op. amp.,negative feedback,circuits with op. amp.,rectifiers and filters,fundamentals of Boolean algebra,digital logic circuits,number systems,comb. networks,bistables and memory elements,seq. networks.
Contents of exercises 5 laboratory exercises: 1) basic circuits with diodes, 2) basic amplifiers with the bipolar transistor, 3) basic amplifiers with the MOSFET, 4) buffer, non-inverting and inverting amplifiers, 5) adder, differential and instrumentation amplifier.
