Course specification
Course title Power System Analysis with Power Electronic Devices
Acronym 19M024AE2
Study programme Electrical Engineering and Computing
Module
Type of study master academic studies
Lecturer (for classes)
Lecturer/Associate (for practice)
Lecturer/Associate (for OTC)
    ESPB 6.0 Status elective
    Condition no
The goal Introduce students with models and methods for calculating steady and dynamic states in power systems . Introduce students with system stability issues and measures to maintain satisfactory system performance.
The outcome Make students capable to apply these calculations on real power networks, to develop algorithms by their own and to evaluate the impact of calculations on system states.
