The goal Introduction to basic concepts of electrical engineering and electronics. Basic active and passive electronic components. Basic methods of electrical and electronic circuits analysis.

Contents of lectures Electricity. Electrical field and potential. Conductors and dielectrics. DC circuits. Kirchhoff's laws. Nodal analysis. AC circuits. Time and frequency domain. Calculation of gain, input and output impedance. PN junction, MOSFET, BJT. Differential amplifier. Operational amplifier. Basic operational amplifier applications.
Contents of exercises Nodal analysis. Thevenin's and Norton's theorems. DC and AC circuits analysis. Calculation of gain, input and output impedance. Transistors in amplifier circuits. Differential amplifier. Voltage amplifiers. Multistage amplifiers. Operational amplifier. Difference amplifier. Instrumentation amplifier. Basic operational amplifier applications.
