13E053HPS - Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems

Course specification
Course title Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems
Acronym 13E053HPS
Study programme Electrical Engineering and Computing
Module Signals and Systems
Type of study bachelor academic studies
Lecturer (for classes)
Lecturer/Associate (for practice)
Lecturer/Associate (for OTC)
ESPB 6.0 Status elective
Condition
The goal Introduce students to the basic notions and concepts of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Students will understand how these systems work, and what their advantages and disadvantages are. Gaining experience in modeling and simulating the operation of an electromechanical system.
The outcome Provide students with the ability to model the systems in order to solve practical problems ( like simulation and control). Experience in implementing analysis and design of hydraulic systems. Experience in simulating the operation of electromechanical systems.
