The goal | Introduction to Management provides students with basic knowledge in the field of management. In this sense, the emphasis in teaching is placed on possible ways of management, the psychological component of management (leadership and motivation), and the possible types of organizational structure and management, and the practical realization of a management process. | |||
The outcome | The outcome of the case is that students to acquire, accept and understand the basic categories of management given the quantity and quality management processes. The knowledge in this course will enable students have achieved the ability to timely and effective participation in the processes of industrial processes. | |||
