    The goal Introduction to electromagnetic compatibility problems in the field of industrial frequency. Electromagnetic disturbances and influences. Calculations and experimental evaluation of the level of influence. Possibilities and measures to reduce or eliminate electromagnetic interference and influence.
    The outcome Competence for determination of electromagnetic interference and influence in the field of industrial frequency. Ability to apply the methods for their reduction and elimination. Qualification for testing devices with respect to meeting the requirements of the field elektromegnetske compatibility.
    Contents
    Contents of lectures The nature of electromagnetic interference. Transmission patterns. Power lines, lightning, switching and faults in networks as sources of interference. Measurement, simulation, and ways to reduce the influence and interference. Checking equipment against the influence and interference. Regulations and standards.
    Contents of exercises Computer simulations of individual phenomena. Measuring the impact of interference in laboratory and field conditions.
