The goal The aim of this course is to give the necessary knowledge for independent room acoustical design of simple rooms such as classrooms and amphitheaters, as well as the basic methods of analysis, measurement and calculation of sound insulation.
The outcome Students after this course gain the ability to recognize all relevant factors that determine the acoustic comfort in a space. They are familiar with the procedures for calculating and measuring acoustic and insulating properties. They acquire the necessary knowledge to independently realize acoustical design and sound insulation report.
