      Contents of lectures Trends in IC fabrication, 3D technology. Layout design for manufacturability. Parasitic wiring effects. Noise analysis. Advanced low-power design techniques, CPF methodology. More than Moore, heterogeneous systems on chip, advanced IC packaging techniques. Trends and challenges in digital integrated systems design. Domain-specific architectures of ASICs for AI and Machine Learning applications.
