    Contents of lectures Data types, vector operations, design and optimization of control structures, biomedical systems simulation for generation of biosignals. Basic statistical and numerical processing methods. Data visualization with topography representation. Exploratory biomedical data analysis. Application of specific signal processing methods on biosignals for diagnostics and therapy assessment.
    Contents of exercises Biosignal processing with application of various analysis methods using R programming.
