    The goal Understanding difference of mix-signal designs in a variety of technologies (bipolar, MS CMOS, BiCMOS, CMOS digital technology). Training students to analyze and design typical mix-signal circuits and components. Design techniques for mix-signal circuits in digital CMOS technology. Compensation of bad analog characteristics using signal processing methods.
    The outcome Complete, linked and extended knowledge in the analysis and design of mixed-signal circuits and components related to specific technologies. Acquired basic techniques of designing, testing and simulation of mix-signal circuits using CAD ​​tools

    Contents of lectures Voltage references, types, specification, and application. Analog CMOS Switch design. Comparators and sample and hold circuits, specification and design. Specification and modeling of improved AD and DA converter techniques.
    Contents of exercises Analysis of selected components. Modeling and design according to defined specifications.
