    The goal Objective of the course to teach students specific techniques that are used in a variety of audio applications. Focus is on audio signal modifications in real time as well as signal transmission in audio range and application in IoT systems
    The outcome Students will be able to: -implement audio signal processing in frequency domain -implement system for subband audio signal processing -implement system for the real-time audio signal modification
    Contents of lectures Audio signals: characteristics, acquisition. Processing of audio signals in the spectral domain. Multirate systems for processing audio signals. Audio processors. Implementation of audio effects. Acoustic echo cancelation. Filter banks and system equalization. Signal processing for hearing aids. Signal transmission in audio range and application in IoT systems.
    Contents of exercises Implementation of audio signal processing algorithms on DSP processor.
