The goal Introducing with basic semiconductors components and with basic circuits in which they are implemented. Principle and analysis of the operation of analog electronic circuits.
The outcome Training for understanding principles of the operation and analysis of analog electronic circuits and designing of simple analog electronic circuits.

Contents of lectures Basic semiconductors components (diode, bipolar transistor, MOSFET), basic amplifiers, multistage amplifiers, differential amplifiers, operational amplifier, negative feedback, circuits with operational amplifiers, parameters of negative feedback, current sources, active load, power amplifiers, rectifiers and filters, voltage regulators.
Contents of exercises 6 laboratory exercises: 1) basic circuits with diodes, 2) basic amplifiers with the bipolar transistor, 3) basic amplifiers with the MOSFET, 4) buffer, non-inverting and inverting amplifiers, 5) adder, differential and instrumentation amplifier, 6) precision rectifier and class B amplifier.
