        The goal The objective of the course is that candidates master the relevant methodological issues and practical aspects of the mid and long-term dynamics processes in electrical power systems and interconnections.
        The outcome Students will be trained to work independently on problems of the mid and long-term dynamics processes in electrical power systems and interconnections.
        Contents
        Contents of lectures The basic phenomenological aspects of mid and long-term dynamics processes in electrical power systems. Mathematical models. Review of modern computer programs for monitoring dynamic processes of medium and long duration. Examples of practical application of methods for monitoring the transition states. Methodological aspects and numerical approaches to the analysis of simplified mid and long-term dynamics processes in electrical power systems.
