      The goal Improving skills acquired during the bachelor education in the domain of medical engineering related to the modeling. Preparation of the student for researh of complex living systems.
      The outcome Passed exam and finalized project. The student shoud be ready to model processes in the living systems. THe student shoudl be ready to understand the limitations of the technical systems with respect the lving systems.
      Contents of lectures Physical and matematical modles of the proceess in the living systems. Modeling of one and multicompartmental systems. Modeling of the cardiovascual systems. Modeling of the metabolic processes, Modeling of the neural tansport. Modeling of the electrical field in the tissues. Black-box modeling. Modeling of movements.
      Contents of exercises Computer simulations based on real data acquired in the Lab.
