    The goal The objective of the course is to prepare students for acoustical designing of simple rooms, like classrooms, amphitheatres.

    Contents
    Contents of lectures Sound field in front of the wall. Mathematical models of sound field in rooms: wave theory, geometrical model and statistical model. Sound absorption and sound absorbers. Subjective effects of combined sound fields.
    Contents of exercises Acoustic design of a real classroom.
