Course title Transport Processes in Nanoelectronics and Photonics
Acronym DS1TPN
Study programme Electrical Engineering and Computing
Module Nanoelectronics and Photonics
Type of study doctoral studies
Lecturer (for classes)
    Lecturer/Associate (for practice)
      Lecturer/Associate (for OTC)
        ESPB 9.0 Status elective
        Condition none
The goal Introduction to research in kinetic theory of quantum systems. Modeling and simulation of the transport processes in electronic and photonic systems. Research and development of new structures in nanoelectronics and photonics.
The outcome Students are enabled to create originally models for simulating kinetics of very large number of particles and electromagnetic field in the nano structures and open systems. These models will provide new scientific results in nanoelectronics and photonics.
