Course specification
Course title Electrical Measurements
Acronym 19E042EM
Study programme Electrical Engineering and Computing
Module
Type of study bachelor academic studies
Lecturer (for classes)
Lecturer/Associate (for practice)
    Lecturer/Associate (for OTC)
    ESPB 4.0 Status mandatory
    Condition no
The goal Provide students with the ability to work independently in a laboratory, to operate electrical and electronic instrumentation and to process the results of measurements, estimate the measurement uncertainty, as well as to use computers in data acquisition, to process the measurement results, and to design their own measurements systems.
The outcome Students will be trained for independent work in a lab, to use instrumentation, to measure and to estimate the measurement uncertainty, as well as to use computers in data acquisition and processing of the measurement results and to design instruments with extended measurement range. Students will be trained to use oscilloscope.
