    The goal Introducing students with two software tools useful for the study module: 1. MATLAB ( MATLAB clone) - solving of the simple problems related to telecommunications 2. LabVIEW - introduction to the program package.
    The outcome Students will be able to: -use MATLAB (MATLAB clone) software package -use LabVIEW software package -to develop the MATLAB (MATLAB clone) code of certain complexity and to present the results -to develop the LabVIEW code of certain complexity and to present the results

    Contents of lectures MATLAB (MATLAB clone): MATLAB functions. Audio files. Image processing. Writing functions for solving problems in telecommunications. Simple simulation models of continuous signals and processes. Implementation of discrete LTI systems. LabVIEW: Introduction. G - language. Virtual Instruments – VI. Design and implementation of complex testing and measurements, automation of measuring systems.
    Contents of exercises Demonstration of software packages. Laboratory exercises - solving of simple problems.
