        The goal The goal of the course is to introduce students to properties of data center communication networks and to recent developments in that area.
        The outcome Students will be involved in research work in the area of data center communication networks and in practical work on designing these networks.
        Contents
        Contents of lectures The role of data center communication networks. Topologies of data center communication networks. Routing in data center networks. Transport layer protocols for time critical communication in data centers networks.
        Contents of exercises Extending the understanding of data center communication traffic through creation and analysis of simulations, with the possibility of presenting the resuls on the domestic conference.
