      The goal Provide students with capacity of solving complex problems of theoretical and practical nature in planning and operation of modern distribution systems.
      The outcome Students are capable of solving complex distribution system problems by their own.
      Contents
      Contents of lectures Open research topics in modern planning and operation distribution systems (DS) problems. Load flow methods and security analysis. State estimation and loss minimization problems. Optimal planning of DS. Optimal operation with DS automation. Reconfiguration and restoration problem. Load management and cost minimization concept.
