Contents of lectures Solid-state crystals, Chemical bonds and material properties, Defects in materials, Solid-state non-crystalline materials, Electronic structure of materials, Semiconductors, Conductors, Dielectrics, Magnetics, Monocrystal production, Planar integrated circuits, Characterization of materials, Superconductors, Mechanical properties of materials, Biomaterials, New materials with applications.
Contents of exercises Practices (problem solving exercises) and laboratory work that serve to illustrate the topics covered by the theoretical contents of the course.
