      Contents of lectures Protection of overhead and cable lines. Protection of synchronous machines. Digital protection systems. Signal processing for power system protection. Implementation of protective functions. Realization of directional relay. Algorithms for detecting arc faults. Basic standards for protection functions and protection systems.
