    The goal Prepare students to communicate with life sciences researcheres and medical/clinical staff. Prepare students to study and model biophysical systems. Prepare students do design simple compoentns adn assesment systems in medicine.
    The outcome Ability to work in medical institutions and companies whcih are oeprating in the domain of medical instrumentaiton/equipment. Ability to continue education and research in the domain of life sciences.
    Contents
    Contents of lectures Cell. Signals in the organism, Nervous system (EEG, ENG, EP signals) Muscle systesm (EMG, EP), Exteraal activation of EP (TMS; tDCS, electricla stimulation). Vascular system and heart (ECG, heart sounds, blood pressure), Endocrine system, Digestion, Immune system, Breathing.
    Contents of exercises Simulation of AP, simulation of neural signals, simulation of electrical field in tissues. VIsits to medical institutions (medical image)
