Contents of lectures | Enterprise. Feasibility study and cost-effectiveness study (techno-economic analysis). Project and its components. Types of project documentation. Technical control of the project. Design and expert supervision. Construction logbook and construction book. Commissioning of the plant. Technical acceptance. Operating permit. Standards: IEC, ISO, EN, SRPS. Licenses for design and execution of works. | |||
Contents of exercises | Development of project tasks, development of an implementation plan. Techno-economic analysis through examples. Implementation plan, deadlines, interdependencies of activities. Determining the price of the project. Estimation of maintenance costs in the company. | |||
