      The goal To introduce students with basic trends of developments and research in contemporary health technologies with emphasis on diagnostic and therapeutic systems. To enable students to apply and understand software and/or hardware principles in practice.
      The outcome By the end of this course, students will be able to independently apply modern technological principles for biosignal analysis and design of measurement systems with aim of advanced therapeutic and diagnostic health technologies development.

      Contents of lectures Review of principles of biomedical engineering. Trends and challenges for application of nanosensors. Contactless measurement of biosignals. Analysis and analytics in modern health. Challenges in modern health systems. Trends and technologies in diagnosis for chronic conditions. Ethical principles and regulation procedures.
