      The goal The objective of the course is to familiarize students with modern concepts, architectures, protocols, design principles, as well as areas of development and research in the domain of modern networks and the internet of smart devices.
      The outcome Upon completion of the course, students will be proficient in design and development of modern networks, and will be able to perform an analysis and/or optimization of the system, protocol or implemented solution within the IoT network.
      Contents
      Contents of lectures Modern network principles and models. Architecture and design of IoT networks. Smart devices and networking technologies. Network layer protocols and applications in IoT networks. Application protocols for modern IoT networks. Application development for networks and IoT. Data processing and analysis within the IoT networks. Security for networks and IoT Systems.
