    The goal Supplement to the course Fundamentals of electrical engineering 2 (FEE2). Identification of complex problems in FEE2 and assisting students in comprehending them. Advanced analytical and numerical techniques for solution of problems of electromagnetic fields and a.c. electric circuits.
    The outcome Mastering techniques for solving problems which represent actual problems of the engineering practice. Acquiring basic skills for using computer tools for symbolic and numerical analysis in electrical engineering.

    Contents of lectures Solution of basic nonlinear electric and magnetic circuits. Electric circuit with diodes. Electromagnetic induction. Practical examples. Basic theorems of electric circuits and their application on practical cases. Frequency characteristics of networks. Computer-aided symbolic and numerical analysis of circuits.
    Contents of exercises Computer-aided simulations of electromagnetic fields and a.c. circuits.
