The goal Provide students with contemporary notions and applications of quantum informatics in molecular biophysics.
The outcome After completing this course students should be able to:  Comprehend deeply quantum-informational processes in molecular biophysics.
Contents of lectures Basics of quantum information (qubits, quantum entanglement, quantum teleportation, quantum computation, quantum decoherence). Quantum chemistry of biomolecules (degrees of freedom and subsystems of biomolecules and their interactions, spatial structure and dynamics). Levinthal paradox. Quantum information of biomolecules (conformational transitions, biomolecular recognition, photosynthesis).
