The goal | Comprehensive presentation of methods for characterization. Primary objectives are detailed introduction to the experimental equipment and knowledge of the physical laws based on which a given method is implemented. The expected result is to teach students to use compatible methods in the analysis and characterization of materials used in photonics and nanoelectronics.
The outcome | The main goal is to prepare students for basic characterizations, introduction to the technology of obtaining nanomaterials and structures and full training for independent work on the method for characterization, by student choice.
