Condition Primary and graduate (master) studies in electrical engineering and computer science.
The goal Applicants specialize in the study of measuring transformers. The focus is on the analysis of phenomena in transformer during normal and emergency regimes and their impact on the operation of measuring and protective equipment connected to the transformer.
The outcome Candidates are qualified to use modern methods of theoretical and experimental assessment of characteristics of transformer testing, as well as their behavior during operation.
      Contents
Contents of lectures Current measuring transformers. Operation in the area of extreme current. Transient phenomena. Measuring basic characteristics. Regulations. Tests. Voltage measuring transformers. Inductive transformers. Transient phenomena. Capacitive voltage measuring transformers. Regulations. Tests. Combined measuring transformers.
Contents of exercises Application software for the analysis of transformer testing under different operational conditions. Software development. Creating the presentation of the project.
